Take a Walk!

The kids are back in school. 
You have a little more time for yourself! What to do?

Talk a walk! 

Get out there! You can do it!

It's easy, fun! It doesn't cost anything! 
Take a couple 10 minutes walks and add them up to the recommended 30 minutes of exercise a day! What could be simpler?

Ask a friend to join you! Or get the leash and take the dog! They will be so happy!
